Flatbed transportation
Need a trailer for construction materials or industrial cargo? Start with the load and handling details.
01 / Edmonton-based material delivery
Materials to deliver, but no forklift on site? Edmonton-based Iron Fist Transport brings a truck-mounted MOFFETT forklift for suitable loads. The load and the space to offload it both matter.
Call the owner-driver to discuss your pickup and delivery locations, requested date and load details. Suitability and availability need direct confirmation.

Before the offload
A truck parking space and a material storage area are only part of the picture. The forklift needs room to leave the trailer, approach the load and travel to the agreed placement area.
Walk that path before you request the delivery. Note narrow gates, turns, slopes, soft patches and anything overhead. Tell us about people or other equipment working in the same area.
Then describe where the material should be set down. An entrance, fence or excavation between the truck and that spot can change what is practical.
Tell us about the site
The load
The total weight tells us about the transport. The weight, dimensions and packaging of each pallet or bundle tell us about the offload. Please include both.
The site
A few measurements and photos are more useful than saying a site has "plenty of room." Show us the approach, the unloading space and the proposed drop point. Photos help explain the site, but they do not replace measurements or our review of suitability.
Questions before you call
Questions about the loading arrangement or a particular placement are worth raising before the truck is on its way.
Share the pickup and delivery locations so we can review the route and distance, plus the requested date and any stops. Include the total load and individual lift details, the offloading path and the equipment at pickup. Tell us about site appointments or likely waiting so we can discuss the complete delivery arrangement.
Tell us what the supplier has available and how the materials will be presented. Bringing a forklift for delivery does not, by itself, settle the loading arrangement at pickup. Discuss both ends of the move with us.
Describe the entrance, overhead clearance, floor and intended drop point. Include photos if you have them. Do not assume an indoor placement is suitable just because the load can be handled outside. Ask us to review the access and handling requirements.
Tell us if excavation, parked equipment, snow or other work changes the unloading space or access path. A drop point that looked suitable in an earlier photo may need a different plan. Contact us to discuss the changed conditions before the move.
Talk through your delivery by phone, or fill in the form with your pickup, destination and load details.
Send your pickup, destination and load details. We'll contact you to discuss the move.
Your requested date is not a confirmed booking.
